Buying jewelry at Gillespie Jewelers is simple. To make life easier for our clients and ourselves, we follow straightforward guidelines. 1. Payment - We accept payment in cash, personal or cashier checks, all major credit cards, money orders and wire transfers. Escrow accounts may be set up for larger purchases. 2. Shipping - We work with a number of companies (USPS-Registered Mail, UPS, Federal Express & Local couriers. The cost of shipping & insurance is added to the purchase price. 3. Returns/Exchanges - Items returned within 30 days will be given 100% store credit. After 30 days, store credit will be based on the condition of the merchandise. 4. Sales Tax - Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax 5. Availability - Many of the items displayed in our galleries are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces and often subject to prior sale.
