payment due prior to delivery or shipping. Please read: Why

No refunds on Custom Jewelry Custom jewelry has limited appeal beyond the tastes of the customer for whom it
was originally designed. As such, Gillespie Jewelers cannot
accept returns of custom items. However, it is very important to us that our
customers are satisfied with our work. We work very attentively with each customer through the design process
using detailed descriptions, drawings and
pictures. We involve the customer in each phase of production (see Custom
Process). Our primary goal for each transaction is a satisfied customer.
